Shawn Paul did an excellent job explaining the system and showing us how our water tested. Him taking his time with us gave us the confidence in the Culligan company. We decided to purchase that same day.They scheduled installation t for the next week.Derek the Service Manager and his assistant did a great job as well. After looking under my sink area. Derek suggested for me to place Reverse Osmosis filter cabinet and tank in crawl space due to they would take up most of my under sink cabinet. They hooked up RO to my refrigerator as well as the kitchen faucet. I was also impressed that they bypassed the soft water system away from my outside water spigets. They did this so I didn’t water grass with the salt from water softener. The salt will harm the grass.I suggest to enroll in the service plan as well. It covers all the filters, salt and service calls. It is worth the money.All in all I recommend going with Culligan Water System and the Elizabethtown Culligan Team.

The Culligan water softener has been great for our family. Shawn Paul made the process very simple and was always available to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a water softener system.

We have used in home water softener and RO systems for 40 years. Never willing to invest in Culligan. We have gone thru appx 8 systems, and even tried salt free. Some worked better than others, true. However as we age we thought we should invest in more the assistance capability rather than the softener itself. We are truly pleased and surprised. Hindsight being 20/20 we should have gone with Cullligan up front. The difference is beyond comprehension. Finally truly clean and soft water. (first time ever I have obtained crystal clear ice cubes). All the money spent over the years was never giving us the quality and ease of use that we are now fortunate enough to experience. If you really want to seek healthy water and do your self a favor, reach out to Culligan Etown and ask for Shawn Paul to share his knowledge and understanding with you. Consider this an investment in your health, you will never be sorry you did.

I've used this company for over 20 years and all of their employees are friendly/ongoing. The latest service offered, at no cost, is a check of the system to ensure that it's functioning properly. The technician, Shawn, explained each step and the results, the whole process took about 5 minutes. Nice new service.

Bradley came out same day as request for water test and consultation. He was very professional took a look at our current set up and needs gave us a competitive quote. Had whole home system put in. Installers were again very professional showed me how it worked and cycles, got the app downloaded and even talked some of the chemistry involved. Would work with again.

Very pleased with the service from Culligan. All of our questions were addressed and the whole process was explained. We purchased the Water Softener, Whole House Filter, to include the Reverse Osmosis System. Professionally installed, and on time. We researched water softener’s for about six months and elected to go with Culligan. Yes, you can purchase these systems online, however, you do not get the local support, not to mention all of the negative reviews we have seen from these online retailers. You would also have to pay the install, and that can come with a hefty price. Five Stars for sure. Thank you Culligan!

Excellent job installing. On time, informative, kind.

Recently had my system installed. The install was very quick, especially considering the space they were working with was very small. They cleaned up after themselves. They were informative and explained what to expect from my new system. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for better water quality.

After posting first review the owner apologized and did come out to help remedy the problem. will follow up once Problem has been resolved but off to a good start.

Culligan of Elizabethtown is the place to go to take care of hard water issues experienced by most people in Hardin County. The product(s) and the service that our local Culligan provides are the best. Dale has been great in the 30 years or so that we have had Culligan products in our homes. First thing we did when we bought a new home was "call Culligan"!
